Motion by the respondents Eun Jea Lee, d/b/a New Golden Mango and Golden Mango, joined by the respondent 123-16 Liberty Avenue Realty Corp., to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 18, 2006, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the respondents Eun Jea Lee, d/b/a New Golden Mango and Golden Mango pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and the application are granted the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 31, 2007, and the respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
