Application by Autumn C. Brietstein, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2006, under the name Autumn Chandra Brietstein, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Autumn C. Katz.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Autumn Chandra Brietstein to Autumn C. Katz, effective immediately.
