| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by S. McIntire Kojima-Allen, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 30, 1997, under the name Steven McIntire Allen, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to S. McIntire Allen. By decision and order on motion of this court dated July 2, 1997, the name under which he was authorized to practice law was changed by reason of marriage, to S. McIntire Kojima-Allen.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from S. McIntire Kojima-Allen to S. McIntire Allen, effective immediately.
