| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Jocelyn D. Margolin, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 19, 1994, under the name Jocelyn Dawn Margolin, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jocelyn Margolin Borowsky.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Jocelyn Dawn Margolin to Jocelyn Margolin Borowsky, effective immediately.
