Application by Albert Michael Rizzo, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 29, 1988, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Albert Rizzo.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Albert Michael Rizzo to Albert Rizzo, effective immediately.
