Application by Ana Sljivic, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 3, 1999, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Ana Sallavuard.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Ana Sljivic to Ana Sallavuard, effective immediately.
