It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the warrant of eviction to be enforced after June 30, 2007. This is to afford the appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal and move to continue the stay. In the event the appeal is not perfected by the September 2007 term, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
