DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 7, 2006, April 17, 2006, April 18, 2006, and three orders of the same court dated all April 10, 2006, and to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the six appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together, and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file briefs is enlarged until July 30, 2007, and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
