DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Steve P. from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated October 24, 2006. By decision and order on motion of this court dated February 26, 2007, the branch of the motion of the assigned counsel which was to be relieved was held in abeyance, and the appellant was granted leave to renew a motion for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person on or before April 7, 2007. The appellant failed to do so.

Now, on the court's own motion, on the papers filed in support of the motion by assigned counsel to be relieved, and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which was to relieve the assigned counsel is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

RIVERA, J.P., SPOLZINO, GOLDSTEIN and DILLON, JJ., concur.
