Motion by U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, Legal Aid Society of New York, Lawyers for Children, Door's Legal Services Center, Immigrant Children's Advocacy Project, and Child Advocacy Clinic of Columbia Law School for leave to file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated June 19, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this court on or before May 24, 2007; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amicus curiae brief.
