DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 23, 2007, as a poor person. Separate motion for the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 6, 2007, which determined her motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated January 23, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
