Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both entered April 10, 2007, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered April 10, 2007, as directed it to produce its customer list, contracts, and fees charged, for the period September 2, 2002, through September 2, 2003, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
