Motion by the appellants to enjoin the respondent from proceeding to trial in two matters pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, under Index Nos. 16952/06 and 16953/06, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 3, 2006.
