DECISION
Motions by appellants returnable March 19, 2007 and March 21, 2007 are consolidated for purposes of disposition.
That branch of the motion by appellants, in essence, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by July 6, 2007.
That branch of the motion for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal upon furnishing this court with proper papers.
Defendants have failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether defendants are indigent. In his application for poor person relief defendant, Neville Douglas has failed to answer certain items, including whether there are any other investment in his name or in his immediate family's name, his monthly income, the value of defendant corporation and the financial status of defendants, Delores Douglas and Errol Ferguson.
