Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue its motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, 2nd and 11th Judicial Districts, dated August 17, 2005, which modified an order of the Civil Court, Kings County, dated February 11, 2004. The petitioner's motion for leave to appeal was determined by decision and order on motion dated February 7, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
