Motion by Barbara Leifer Woods, attorney for the respondent, to be relieved from defending an appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated March 13, 2007, for the assignment of counsel, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the petitioner's motion for leave to appeal from the order dated March 13, 2007, was denied.
