| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 12, 2006, to include stated material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record on appeal to include the exhibit sheet and the appellant's affidavit in further opposition to the respondent's order to show cause is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary as the parties' exhibits and the appellant's order to show cause to vacate the default are properly part of the record on appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal in accordance with the CPLR and the rules of the court (see CPLR 5526, 5528; 22 NYCRR 670.10.1, 670.10.2).
