Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, three dated March 17, 2006, one dated April 27, 2006, and one dated January 3, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file its briefs is enlarged until June 5, 2007, and the respondent's briefs, including its briefs in response to the briefs of the amici curiae, must be served and filed on or before that date.
