Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 12, 2003. The motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental reply brief was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 5, 2007.
