On the court's own motion, motion by appellant returnable March 21, 2007, and motion by respondent returnable April 20, 2007, are consolidated for purposes of disposition.
Motion by respondent to file late opposition is granted.
That branch of the motion by appellant, in essence, to compel the court below to settle the transcripts and forward the record to this court is denied as moot.
That branch of the motion for a preference is denied.
On the court's own motion, an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by August 3, 2007.
The court below has already settled the transcripts and forwarded the record to this court. With regard to the request for a preference, we note that appellant has yet to perfect the appeal and, moreover, the appeal involves a large record.
