Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 16, 2007, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order on condition that he pay maintenance and child support in the sums of $1,200 and $1,125, respectively, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
