Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated April 10, 2006, for the court to take judicial notice of this Court's disposition of appeals from two orders of the same court dated September 6, 2005, and September 15, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2005-09621 and 2005-09625, respectively), which were determined by decision and order of this court dated March 20, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary.
