It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the two appeals to proceed on one set of records on appeal and one set of briefs. The motion insofar as it seeks an order directing the respondent to pay use and occupancy at the rate due under the expired leases is denied, without prejudice to the pending application in the Civil Court to restore the petitioner's monetary claims to the trial calendar.
