Motion by the appellants and nonparty appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 18, 2007, as awarded costs to the respondent and imposed a sanction against the nonparty appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
