SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Robert Kelly from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 21, 2006. By decision and order on motion of this court dated May 8, 2007, the appellant's motion for leave to prosecute the above-entitled appeal as a poor person was denied. The respondent has informed the court that there are no minutes to be transcribed for the appeal. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeal to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeal is enlarged until July 6, 2007.
