DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Adam D. Miller for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. By decision and order on motion of this court dated July 7, 1994, Mr. Miller's voluntary resignation, as an attorney in good standing in New York, was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in New York State. At the time he submitted the voluntary resignation, Mr. Miller represented that he resided in California and did not intend to return to New York. There were no complaints or charges of professional misconduct pending against him. Adam D. Miller was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on May 6, 1985.

Upon the papers submitted to the court, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that Adam D. Miller present proof of payment of any attorney registration arrears incurred prior to the resignation as well as payment for the current registration period.

Upon presentation of such proof, Adam D. Miller will be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court will be directed to restore his name to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
