Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 2, 2007, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 19, 2006, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered on the consent of the appellant (see CPLR 5511), to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
