Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his motion to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 6, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 14, 2004, as abandoned, to reinstate the appeal, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated February 8, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
