| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered December 17, 2001.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appellant has indicated that he intends to file nine copies of his supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged until June 28, 2007, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
