| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 14, 2007, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, and to direct the transcription and transmittal to this court of the transcripts of in camera interviews with the subject children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders dated March 14, 2007, is granted and enforcement of the orders dated March 14, 2007, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the transcription and transmittal to this court of the transcripts of the in camera interviews is denied as unnecessary.
