Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated July 3, 2006, which modified a judgment of the Civil Court, City of New York, Kings County, entered February 19, 2004.
