DECISION
On the court's own motion, the order of this court dated April 10, 2007, is vacated and appeal 2006-2046 S C is restored under the consolidated appeal numbered 2006-1865 S C.
That branch of the motion by appellant for leave to include five documents in appendix is denied as moot.
That branch of the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by August 3, 2007.
Ordered that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 3, 2007, the court on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or the respondent may apply to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
