DECISION

Motion by appellant for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied.

On the court's own motion, an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by August 3, 2007.

Defendant was convicted of a violation and is not subject to incarceration (cf. People v Farinaro, 36 NY2d 283 [1975]).
