| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 12, 2006, to enlarge the record to include two summons and complaints in actions entitled Castillo v Order of St. Basil the Great, Inc., commenced in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index Nos. 5993/02 and 19018/02, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 20, 2007, the respondents shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the two summons and complaints in actions entitled Castillo v Order of St. Basil the Great, Inc., commenced in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index Nos. 5993/02 and 19018/02, respectively; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 20, 2007, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
