| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellant to pay her an attorney's fee to defend an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 26, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant to pay the respondent an attorney's fee is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, pursuant to Domestic Relations Law § 237; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
