| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with a copy of the grand jury minutes to help him prepare a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 15, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that District Attorney shall file the Grand Jury minutes in question with the Clerk of this Court, and those minutes shall remain sealed upon delivery.
