DECISION
That branch of the motion by appellant to continue to stay sentence pending determination of appeal is denied as moot.
That branch of the motion for an enlargement of time to perfect appeal is granted and appeal shall be perfected by August 3, 2007.
By an order dated January 9, 2007, this court granted appellant's prior motion to continue the stay pending determination of the appeal rendering this branch of the motion moot.
