DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on appeals from (1) an amended order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 17, 2005, and (2) an order of the same court, entered May 6, 2005, to enlarge his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this court which directed the parties to file additional briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent shall serve his additional brief on the appellants by personal service on May 30, 2007, or by overnight delivery on May 29, 2007, and shall file the additional brief with the Clerk of this court no later than noon on May 30, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants shall serve their additional brief on the respondent by personal service on June 8, 2007, or by overnight delivery on June 7, 2007, and shall file their additional brief with the Clerk of this court no later than noon on June 8, 2007.
