Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

ORDERED that the motion is granted only to the extent that Silverman, Perlstein & Acompara is not disqualified from representing the appellants on the appeal from the order dated April 2, 2007, and the motion is otherwise denied.
