| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 13, 2006, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. Cross motion by the respondents-appellants, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion and cross motion which are for enlargements are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 5, 2007, and the joint record or appendix on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are otherwise denied.
