DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Angela G. Bhattan from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 16, 2006. By order to show cause dated April 18, 2007, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification dated February 13, 2007, to perfect the appeal on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeal.

Now, on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in response to the order to show cause, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the assigned counsel's time to contact the appellant and comply with the order on certification dated February 13, 2007, is enlarged until June 29, 2007.
