DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, as well as in two related actions, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 1, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 22, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and, upon reargument, the appellant's motion for a stay is granted to the extent that the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed and the motion is otherwise denied.
