DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 8, 2006, to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated April 27, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of our determination of the appeal (see Matter of Beichman-Saul v Loglisci, AD3d [2d Dept. May 29, 2007]).
