Motion by the appellant to stay the respondents from acting in their capacities as members of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 20, 2006, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
