| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 7, 2005, to relieve retained counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the appellant has a right to discharge a retained attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 20, 2007, the appellant shall notify this court and the District Attorney of Kings County for the respondent of the name and address of his new attorney on the appeal and when the appeal will be perfected.
