Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated February 27, 2007, which determined an appeal from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated October 3, 2005, which affirmed in part an order of the Civil Court, Kings County, entered September 1, 2004.
