DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Sharon Methal to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 21, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-06687), and January 7, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-01945), respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 21, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Sharon Methal's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 21, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-06687), is enlarged until August 23, 2007, and the record or appendix and her brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their respective briefs.
