Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 23, 2007, as amended by an order of the same court dated May 15, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 24, 2007, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, as amended, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
