Separate motions by the respondents-appellants James F. Relyea and Relyea, Zuckerman & Hanson, LLC, the respondents-appellants Aaron N. Caplan and BISYS Insurance Services, and the respondent-appellant First Colony Life Insurance Company to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
