Gazivoda, Lazar v Sherman, Heath
(1) commencing with the June payment and monthly thereafter, tenders the amount of $1,362.28 per month, to the petitioner, without prejudice ; and (2) perfects the appeal by the October 2007 term of this court - the filing deadline is August 8, 2007. In the event the appellant fails to comply with either of the aforementioned conditions, the petitioner-landlord may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
